The Barcelo Sants Hotel is housed in a huge modern 7-storey property, which was built above Sants railway station just in time for the 1992 Olympics. The impressive smoked glass façade is visible from some distance away. The large, open plan lobby is decorated with chandeliers, ample comfortable chairs and sofas for meeting friends or business associates. Above the lobby is a mezzanine level where the hotel bar, restaurant and exhibition space are located. The 370 guestrooms are decorated in a modern style with neutral colours and wood furniture.
