The hotel is located in the centre of Barcelona, close to the Montjuïc convention center and a 10 minute walk from Sants train terminal next to Parc Joan Mirò. While the hotel is not on Las Ramblas and has a more suitable location for business travellers visiting a trade fair or congress, it is just over a mile from Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter. Guests will feel very central in this location and will benefit from the good access by metro, the nearest metros being Espanya and Rocafort.

The Onix Fira Hotel is housed in a modern building, which stands opposite the old Las Arenas bullring and has a total of 80 guestrooms. Medium sized, the rooms are designed in a modern, functional style and offer a good range of facilities. Most of them face outwards on to the street and receive lots of natural light. There is also a small attractive swimming pool (open April-October) and sunbathing terrace on the rooftop. From the terrace guests can enjoy great views over Barcelona while soaking up the sun and cooling off in the pool.
